Creating Safe, Supportive Connections for Families

Welcome to Calaveras County Supervised Visitation

Welcome to Calaveras County Supervised Visitation, where our mission is to provide safe, neutral, and supportive environment for families.

We understand that starting supervised visitation can feel unfamiliar, and our goal is to make the process smooth, respectful, and child-centered from the very first visit.

Every session is guided by professionalism, compassion, and adherence to California Family Code §3200.5, Rule 5.20 of the California Rules of Court, and the Supervised Visitation Network Standards of Practice.

“Our commitment is to help children feel secure, supported, and connected—one visit at a time.”

Our Team

  • Our experienced team has provided professional supervised visitation services for over five years throughout the Bay Area, supporting hundreds of families with care and consistency.
This year, we’re proud to welcome our first Spanish-speaking professional monitor, expanding access for bilingual families.
Families may also request a male or female monitor when available, ensuring comfort and cultural sensitivity for every participant.

What is Supervised visitation?

Supervised visitation offers a safe and neutral setting for parents and children to spend time together. A trained supervisor is present to ensure safety and support positive family connections, while keeping the focus on the parent-child relationship.

What to Expect in Supervised Visitation

Parents arrive separately, visits remain child-focused and positive, and every session follows California’s professional standards for supervised visitation.

Our goal is to make each visit calm, consistent, and comfortable for your child.

Purpose of Supervised Visitation

Supervised visitation allows a child to have contact with a parent or family member in a controlled and supportive setting.
The monitor’s role is to observe, document, and ensure safety—not to evaluate parenting, provide therapy, or offer legal advice.

All interactions must remain child-focused, free from conflict, and consistent with the terms of the current court order.
