Who We Are

Professional Qualifications

Bay Area & Calaveras County Supervised Visitation provides professional, neutral, and child-centered supervised visitation and safe exchange services for families with court orders or written agreements.

Our professional monitoring team has provided supervised visitation services for over five years throughout the Bay Area, Calaveras County, Tracy, Modesto, Stockton, and surrounding communities.


Professional Standards

Services are guided by applicable California supervised visitation standards, including California Family Code §3200.5, California Rules of Court Rule 5.20, and the Supervised Visitation Network Standards of Practice.

Our monitors are trained to provide structured, neutral, and child-focused supervision while maintaining clear boundaries, safety procedures, and objective documentation.


Training Areas

Our monitors receive ongoing training in areas related to supervised visitation, including:

Child safety and emotional well-being
Domestic violence awareness and family dynamics
Trauma-informed communication
Conflict de-escalation
Mandated reporting responsibilities
Confidentiality and professional boundaries
Objective observation and documentation
Visitation report writing
Cultural awareness and respectful support practices


Professional Role

The monitor’s role is to observe, document, and support a safe and neutral visitation environment.

Monitors do not provide legal advice, therapy, mediation, custody recommendations, parenting evaluations, or opinions regarding either parent.

Written reports, when requested, are based on objective observations from supervised visits or exchanges.

Virtual or telephone supervision when appropriate
Community-based supervised visits
Home-based supervised visits when appropriate and approved
Spanish-speaking monitoring services when available
Written visitation reports upon request

We are committed to providing services that are professional, reliable, neutral, and child-centered. Our goal is to support safe parent-child contact while helping families follow the current court order or written agreement.
