Professional Supervised Visitation in Tracy & Mountain House

Time together can include conversation, play, reading and everyday moments, with a professional monitor present to maintain safety, structure and appropriate boundaries.

Julie Alonso provides supportive supervised visitation and supervised exchange for families requesting services in Tracy and Mountain House, subject to scheduling and location approval. Bay Area & Calaveras County Supervised Visitation is based in Valley Springs; services in these communities are arranged individually, with any travel charge confirmed in writing.

Planning a community-based visit

Families may suggest a library, park, family-friendly restaurant or another appropriate setting in Tracy or Mountain House. A familiar activity can give a parent and child something comfortable to do together while supervision remains continuous.

The monitor reviews each proposed setting for the court order, the child’s age and needs, safety, and the ability to see and hear all parent-child contact. A public location is not automatically suitable, and no particular venue is guaranteed or affiliated with this service.

• Suggest a location and age-appropriate activity before the visit.
• Discuss admission, parking or activity costs before purchasing tickets or making reservations.
• Wait for the approved location, time and arrival instructions in writing.
• Bring any agreed supplies and follow the monitor’s directions throughout the visit.

Approved in-home visits may also be considered when appropriate for the court order, safety needs and supervision requirements.

Services and fees

Supportive supervised visitation

$100 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. Continuous professional supervision with neutral encouragement, reminders, transition support or redirection when helpful. The parent’s role is preserved; services are not therapy, mediation or custody evaluation.

Supervised exchange (safe exchange)

$50 per 15-minute increment. Staggered arrivals and departures help reduce unnecessary contact between parents. Each participant follows the assigned waiting, pickup and departure instructions.

Orientation and written reports

Individual orientation: $45 per parent. Each parent completes a separate orientation before services begin. Written reports: $65 per report. Reports are factual and based on direct observations, with a standard turnaround of five to seven business days, subject to applicable requirements and agreed arrangements.

What to expect from your monitor

Julie Alonso is an independent professional supervised visitation provider with 6+ years of experience. Her qualifications include California TrustLine registration, professional supervised-visitation and mandated-reporter training, Supervised Visitation Network membership and completion of SVN Supportive Supervised Visitation training.

The monitor stays neutral, maintains continuous supervision, follows the applicable order and documents direct observations. Parents and children are encouraged to interact naturally whenever safely appropriate. Children are not asked to manage scheduling or carry messages between adults.

Do you have an office in Tracy or Mountain House?

The practice is based in Valley Springs. Visits in Tracy and Mountain House are arranged at approved locations, subject to availability. Contact Julie to discuss the requested community, location and schedule.

Can we choose our own meeting place?

Either parent may suggest a setting. The monitor must approve it before the visit, and all arrangements must comply with the applicable court order or written agreement. Location changes and additional stops need advance approval.

What if travel or an in-person visit is difficult?

Start with intake, then confirm the arrangements

Complete the intake form and provide the current court order or relevant written agreement. Each parent completes a separate orientation, and the proposed schedule and location are reviewed. A visit is confirmed only when the monitor provides the approved arrangements in writing. Intake or payment alone does not reserve a date or confirm a visit.
